Botanical Bliss Tea

This is a floral flavoured tea with several potential health benefits, including hearth-health, liver-health, and digestion boosting properties, apart from anti-cancer and anti-oxidant value.

Preparation: Bring 250 ml of water to a boil and then turn off the heat. Add 1 teaspoon of the tea to this and cover the pan with a lid for about 7 minutes. Strain the tea into a cup. Add lime juice/ honey for enhancing the taste.
