Rhododendron Lemongrass Tea

This tea has a strong and delightful herbal flavour, with liver-health boosting, antiviral, anti-hypertension and anti-cancer properties.

Preparation: Bring 250 ml of water to a boil and then turn off the heat. Add 1 teaspoon of the tea to this and cover the pan with a lid for about 7 minutes. Strain the tea into a cup. Add lime juice/ honey for enhancing the taste.  

Ingredients: Rhododendron Dried Flowers (Buransh), Lemongrass, Rosemary, Basil, Thyme
