Himalayan Floral Infusion Tea

A tea that evokes the freshness of Himalayan flowers, this one also comes packed with potential immunity-boosting, relaxation-inducing, menstrual-cramps relieving and liver-cleansing properties.

Preparation: Bring 250 ml of water to a boil and then turn off the heat. Add 1 teaspoon of the tea to this and cover the pan with a lid for about 7 minutes. Strain the tea into a cup. Add lime juice/ honey for enhancing the taste. 

Ingredients: Chamomile, Basil, Rhododendron Flower (Buransh)
