Mountain Meadow Tea

Reminiscent of the freshness of alpine meadows of the Himalayas, this tea has memory-boosting and neuroprotective function, apart from liver-cleansing, anti-carcinogenic and anti-diabetic properties.

Preparation: Bring 250 ml of water to a boil and then turn off the heat. Add 1 teaspoon of the tea to this and cover the pan with a lid for about 7 minutes. Strain the tea into a cup. Add lime juice/ honey for enhancing the taste.
